She firmly believes that all family members, particularly women, should participate in the decision-making process concerning their personal finances. Their involvement empowers women to take control of their financial destinies, ensuring a life marked by both security and personal freedom. It acts as a potent instrument, enabling women to secure not only their individual futures but also those of their families.

With this vision in mind her flagship venture, Cinnamon Wealth, strives to actively bridge the participation gap for Women in the management of personal finance within their families. Cinnamon Wealth curates process driven investment opportunities to make informed decisions and build financial independence. Cinnamon Wealth does not believe in thresholds, bars, or ceilings, encouraging individuals to start and consolidate their journey towards financial independence.

Anurita founded Cinnamon Beauty, an all-natural, additive-free, nourishing skincare brand for women that celebrates the holistic coexistence of beauty and well-being. Cinnamon Beauty invites you to ‘celebrate your freedom.’

Prior to Cinnamon, Anurita established Yellow Saffron, an epicurean enterprise; has been a private markets investor in Forise Technologies, generative technology company based in Singapore.

Currently, she explores avenues and connects Women entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia and India, through her private equity firm, Cinnamon Ventures. She is a graduate from Allahabad University and MBA from IISM, Ranchi.

Vijay co-founded Cinnamon Wealth with the vision of creating a financial ecosystem where Women are just not clients but actively engaged in the financial decision-making, both personally and professionally.

Vijay’s has orchestrated global acquisitions, crafted intricate financial structures, and transformed opportunities for his Global Private Wealth Clients across Asia, the UK, and Europe. He served as the former Director of Global South Asia at Deutsche Bank in Singapore, managing an impressive EUR 3 billion plus investment portfolio across diverse regions including UK, South Asia, Ghana, Sweden, and the Middle East.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Vijay served as the Executive Director of Investments at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Mumbai. During this period, he led the dynamic “India-UK Commerce Corridor” initiative within their Wealth Management division, establishing a robust governance framework and significantly expanding client engagement.

Vijay’s earlier roles played a pivotal role in solidifying the market presence of prestigious institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Morgan Stanley Private Banking, and ITC Threadneedle Asset Management Company across Western and Southern regions of India.

Additionally, Vijay is a co-founder of Cinnamon Ventures, an organization dedicated to curating opportunities for Women entrepreneurs across India and Southeast Asia. Furthermore, he’s also involved in Cinnamon Beauty, an all-natural, additive-free skincare and personal care brand designed exclusively for women.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, having completed his Executive Education in Leadership, an MBA in Marketing from Bangalore University, and earned a BA (Hons) in Economics, History and Political Science from the Bangalore University.
